As mentioned above BD Energy is the data controller for the processing of the personal data we have received about you. As data controller we have the responsibility for ensuring that the processing of your personal data complies with GDPR.

Our processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable legislation on personal data.

BD Energy A/S is not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO), as the processing of personal data is not the company’s core activity. Furthermore, we do not process personal data on a large scale. Lastly, our processing of personal data does not consist of regular and systematic monitoring of individuals. In addition, the processing does not involve sensitive personal data or data relating to criminal offences.

When contacting us through our website, email or telephone, our legal basis for processing is legitimate interest. It is a legitimate interest to be able to answer inquiries sent to us.
